    1. Cut copy Paste from anywhere
    2. Browser copy extension for Evernote
    3. Better Launcher or enhanced launcher
    4. Ring Tone Manager - Including a mode that Automatically texts back known callers with pre-selected text message sort of like Away Mode for SMS.
    5. Scroll bar on SMS text entry area so that you can see the beginning of a really long multi part text message.

    1. Voice dial
    2. Sync with Outlook (without exchange server support)
    3. Copy/Paste from anywhere (what's the point of the current implementation?)
    4. Able to modify system sounds (thank you MyNotifications!)
    5. Text forwarding (less important if #3 was implemented)

I'm extremely happy with the Pre, but it just strikes me that the product was rushed to market without all the features fully implemented. And the build quality is horrible too. Palm needs to manage their supply chain more tightly.

Yeah, I too am gonna have nightmares. But leave it up... It's funny.

I have to side with Stihl though. The manuals and the forum search buttons have been created for a reason. Why shouldn't we expect people to use them? We (by we I mean Americans) have become WAY to dependent on others to do what we ourselves are too lazy (or too incompetent) to do. BTW, I absolutely love telling people to RTFM. They just stand there (or I can hear them staring at their phone) wondering what I just said. Am I elitist? Probably. Do I expect those around me to have some hint of common sense? Definitely.

Any who, eesucks, you can solve your second problem with either Pocket Mirror or Chapura.

The Pre launcher is amazing. Really couldn't imagine what your problem is with it.

Having more than 3 pages would be nice.

I really want a onscreen keyboard

I would add the following as my top enhancements I want to see first.

    1. Dictionary support for typing (system wide)
    2. Podcast/Audible Support (saved last played spot)
    3. Video capture (including YouTube upload not that I would use it but it is important for the platform)
    4. Native Facebook app (not really a Palm/WebOS issue)
    5. Calendar improvements (Birthday and Anniversary support)
    Corey

Current Devices: Palm Pre 2, HTC Thunderbolt, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Focus and Apple's iPhone 4

I'd like to be able to launch programs from keyboard shortcuts, like you can currently speed dial.

    1. copy pasta from everywhere (or else removed altogether, because obviously the current implementation has no use)
    b. magically better signal through software update
    3. better Calculator or enhanced calculator
    4. all iPhone apps
    5. a pony

There is a tip calculator and a sci calculator in the homebrew apps section.

    Here is my top 5...
    1. Quit freezing and rebooting on me while doing normal things.
    2. Visual voicemail (like on the instinct, I miss mine soooo much)
    3. A speaker in front (I use my cell phone as an alarm and I have to have it cranked to the max to hear it when sitting on a table).
    4. ADOBE FLASH
    5. A WeatherUnderground (dot) com app.

    **I have a 6th one also**
    6. The ability to switch to "mobile view" while surfing websites. It makes web browsing sooooo much faster. Once again, this option is on the instinct.

That being said, I still have an amazing phone that does everything I need it to do at the moment, but I would still like to watch strongbad read his emails on it at work (while on break).

Can more pages appear as more apps are added? Just curious.

I totally agree with this one and would add that anywhere includes the Classic emulator which should be able to cut and paste with other webOS apps.

    2. Memo and Task sync, preferably to Google.
    3. Option to selectively encrypt PIM data.
    4. Named Categories for Memos and Launcher.
    5. Street View in Google Maps

If we could choose six add-ons, I would say that allowing the browser to save images would be six.

My problem is that even with the modest number of apps available for the Pre today, three screens are not enough. What are we supposed to do when there are thousands of apps available for the Pre? Moreover the Pre needs to turn back the clock and allow for use of named categories like Games, Multimedia, System, or Utilities. This is something that I had gotten used to in the decade that I used PalmOS PDAs and Smartphones and I miss it in the Pre.
