So with all the threads talking about how hard it is trying to get an exchange when the P.O.P is not a sprint store, I thought I would share some good news.

I'm on my third defective Pre... stuck pixels, clouding, and one hell of an Oreo hinge. The P.O.P. was a Walmart that is now out and wont be getting anymore soon. So I emailed sprint directly and they seem to be agreeing to have a Sprint Store meet with me, make sure the device is indeed the way I described and replace it with a new pre-inspected(to ensure it is defect free) unit.

It might be too early to tell if everything is going according to plan, but I can say this much: I am having way less resistance then those who contacted Palm directly.
