    Hey everyone,

    My battery has continued to be absolutely horrible. I have done everything found on this and other boards to try to correct it, and it is still abysmal. For example, I took the phone off the charger this morning at 5am with everything off (no bluetooth, wifi, gps, no contacts account, no mail account, no calendar, no messenger account....NOTHING), turned the screen off and let it sit on my dresser in my apartment. When I picked it up at 7:30am to leave it was already down to 74%.

    That said, how do I go about getting a replacement? I love the phone and I am hoping that the next one I get won't have these problems.

    Take it to the store you bought it at and request a replacement.

    Thanks for the help. I hate to take this back, but hopefully the next phone won't be faulty.
