I've already gotten stuff from the AARP in the mail, and I just turned 30. Now if only they could get my gender right. Either that or I blacked out one day and married a senior. Maybe that's who Mrs. Greg V_____ is.

My mother says what REALLY makes you feel old is when your kids start complaining about being old. (I don't, but my older brothers do.)

However, I've been on difficult hikes with people who were at least 20 years older than I was and who handled it better than I did. It doesn't have to be downhill, there's hope!

Great attitude! That gives me something to look forward to considering at 42 I can, and do, run circles around most 20-somethings.

Don't forget the FAKE cell phones that some actually thought made them look kewl. Yeah, right, having a portable phone that costs more than the car is worth. That would never happen.
