I created a Calendar called "Tasks" in google and then made all my tasks "All Day Events". I have to move them from one day to the next all the time. It is clunky but it works. You can add tasks to google calendar but they don't sync as of now, AFAIKAFAIKAFAIK

Within my main Google calendar, created another calendar named bills. I enter all my bills there with a 9am-10am event and set my time as "available" during that event.

If you found my post useful then please sign up for a Dropbox Account, I could use the extra 250mb of storage.
