Eliminate the button (a la Pixie)
"map location" in calendar to Sprint Nav, rather than Google Maps.

Other than that, nothing major springs to mind.

1. Get the universal search or the search within contacts to find records by any name or keyword... first name, middle name, last name, or a word in notes like "lawnboy"
2. Get system sounds in my earbud
3. Get it to respond quicker to touch commands.

3. Carrier-independent ROM (for not having a headache to make 1x/EV-DO in other countries, except those ones where Palm officially sells phones)

The lag is killing me. I'm missing phone calls because the OS is so slow that the interface won't let me answer an incoming call.

UPDATE: I've got a workaround for missing calls.

You need to have your pre checked, I have never had that problem.

1. Voice recognition
2. GPU interface
3. Longer battery life

1. Speed Overhaul on the OS in general
2. Improved Battery Life to be able to last 2 days at least.
3. Video Recording and maybe the ability to use the phone camera as a USB webcam foy your PC.

Im basing this on my Pre use in stores:
1. Clickier keyboard (a la Pixi. I know "we have to accomindate for the slide" Find a way)
2. No center button (gives it that smoooth feel the pixi has, no bump in gestures)
3. Flash/Speed/Gui (they're equally important, i dont use video recorder >.>)
