    MobileSpeedTest.com: 1002kbps!

    Awesome. I love this device, and I can't complain about Sprint's service!

    Average results from thousands of users on dslreports.com

    Looks like Sprint leads in both speed and latency. Depends on the phone though. IE, Blazer on PalmOS can only do about 200Kbps, which really pulls results down.

    Well for awhile I was getting garbage 200-600kbps. Then I moved to a better location for a more stable signal and it was 1100-1700kbps.

    Why, are you playing online multiplayer games with your Pre or sharing files?

    420kbps, but almost everywhere I use the phone has wifi so it does not matter that much.

    ::EDIT:: I also tried with data roaming on verizon, and it bumped up to 1143kbps.

    Too bad you couldn't force your phone to prefer non-sprint towers.

    Just got a 2.41Mbps on mobilespeedtest.com

    BTW, copying a field is a pain. I still can't do it. How do you select all in a text field? I wanted to post the image.

    These are awesome numbers. I got over 2 mbps on mobilespeedtest.com with the 512K file. When I tried the 1 MB file I got 1.3 mbps.
    Palm Vx -> Treo 600 -> Treo 700p -> Centro -> Pre (Launch Phone 06/06/09) -> AT&T Pre Plus with Sprint EVDO swap -> Samsung Epic 4G w/ Froyo
