LOL @ Taco Hell...I mean, Bell. Haha.

I'll post a couple of my dog when we were outside on a walk this morning. You guys are right - outside w/sun = better quality.

Here's a pic of one of my dogs while we were out on a walk at about 11:30am. She wasn't very interested in stopping for me to take a picture.

Haha! I didn't even notice that at first. Maybe it's a hand washing place? You can use hand sanitizer or water from a bottle. ???

A few from the Pre pool on Flickr (only one is mine). Flickr: Palm Pre

If you're on Flickr, add your shots there, too.

i believe the culprit is less natural light that causes the graininess in the photos, so yes, the lighting isnt as good as you say. even in low light like post #32, second picture, there was more than sufficient natural light to allow a lower ISO exposure. the indoor shots you took were probably 3-5 times larger ISO exposure.

im not sure if "ISO" and "exposure" is the correct term to put together... but ive been tryin to learn with the other camera.

I tried to compare my Storm camera with my Pre camera indoors. Storm had less grainyness when zoomed in but the Pre seemed to capture colors/lighting slightly better.

Best part about the Pre camera is you can snap multiple pictures fast.

Just a test shot. Was kinda wigging out about posting cell phone shots next to my dslr ones... but meh... I love this phone.

Did notice that at their native resolutions... the pictures look like paintings!
