    What about when the Pre can't reach "the cloud"? Do all your appointments diisappear from the calendar screen? Or are they still there, it just won't update until you are back in coverage??

    webOS will cache everything locally, so when you are offline everything will be available.

    Its a function of html5 that caches it locally.
