    Not really....
    Just hadn't seen one of these in a couple of days and knew everyone was missing this topic...
    Just trying to break the tension that is starting to build as we get closer to launch day.

    Your timing is off, you should have at least waited till the Sprint stores were open to post this.

    Well to keep the subject of the thread going, my store is still acting as if they dont know how many Pre's there are getting, dont know what time they will be opening, and they are acting as if they dont know what acessories will be available. ** Went to the store 2 days in a row as they had to replace my 700wx twice in 2 days! Now I have the 700p. Of course all of this would happen RIGHT before the launch of the Pre.

    mine are too! they are claiming they won't know stock until the saturday morning. I somehow doubt all corporate sprint stores will be getting delivries magically on saturday morning before they open. It really bugs me that they're doing this, basically I think they want people waiting outside so it looks like there's demand for the phone (which there is). I just dont' want them wasting my time.

    Yea I agree. They are pretty ridicoulus. And I was talking to the Store manager and he was acting like he didnt know squat, like a price or anything. After I told them that I will go over to Best Buy to purchase it, then info started to magically get remembered (although it was just price related).

    Careful. They've claimed that you must have had your current phone on their network for 30 days or there could be problems - like with your rebate.

    I know that sounds idiotic and untrue - especially since your current phone was given to you because of a problem with the previous phone - but we had some serious rebate problems a couple of years, ago, along these lines. And, sadly, my girlfriend may have them, again, this year.


    But I know I broke the rules of nothing serious in this thread and of not finding the thread funny, so I'll unsubscribe, now.

    my local sprint store in sf was not terribly helpful as well. they are pretty pessimistic about numbers of phones and said they wished me well.....
