    Sprint's Palm Pre 'War Room' - Forbes.com

I don't know if this makes me feel better or more nervous about a successful launch.

Thanks for the article. It does indeed imply that Sprint/Palm are assuming there will be chaos on launch day especially since Sprint is trying to push the whole "Ready Now" experience down people's throats. Can you imagine - the combination of long lines, 3-4 representatives working each register AND going through the whole "Ready Now" spiel for EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER? I have a feeling it's going to be a pain in the **** experience for anyone trying to just buy the phone and get out of there.

Sounds like they are at least getting ready... will be interesting to see what exactly happens...

See if the palm faithful come through...

Could almost sound like them attempting to create drama around the device to increase sales for launch...

Either way, if they had not made preparations, people would complain about that too... lol
