    Hey guys,

    I hate to beat a dead horse but I couldn't find any relevant threads...

    I'm an existing customer of sprint, premier of course.

    I am eligible for the 150 off since I re-upped in like march buying my wife a new phone.

    Since I did not upgrade, I'm still eligible and sprint confirms this.

    My question is, lets just say I can't get one at a sprint store, and just HAPPEN to find one in wally world or best buy or radio shack.

    How will they do the transaction knowing I'm currently with sprint? Do they have a system tied to sprint to show I'm an active customer and not a new contract. Just curious as to how it works?

    Also,

    Anyone have a specific # for telesales at sprint. I'm not sure I know it, and can't find a number specifically for them.

    Gotta be ready when the 5th-6th roll around.

    Any 3rd party authorized place like BestBuy or Radioshack uses the same activation system/tools that Sprint does. Your info will be verified and pulled up in the system.
