No downloaded apps listed in software list

In my Pre 2 that I just got and am playing with (v. 2.1), apps from the HP app catalog aren't showing up in my "list apps..." software list like they do in the Pixi. Only preinstalled apps show up. Anyone know why or how to fix?

Thankfully I can delete apps from launcher with option button

You are installing apps but they don't show in software manager? Is the phone activated through a carrier?

Yes, Page Plus. I have a Pixi Plus on PP too and the apps show up just fine. It seems to be a bug with the phone but not sure how to fix unless I doctor it (again) - Verizon WebOS v.2.1.0.
