Message App Not Working

I m using pre 2. Since 2 days my message app is not working. Wen i click on the icon the app opens showing the list of senders n recepients.
But wen i click to see the conversation the contact is just highlighted and nothing happens. i have to close the app. and the same thing again. I tried restarting the phone but didn't help.
pls reply asap.

now the phone card is giving the same problems....

i have problems with this app too.. when i try to conect says : Error conecting to the server :/
