    Navigation options are Navit and ndrive.

    Navit is free and takes some tinkering, ndrive is paid and solid

    Amazon MP3, can be downloaded from any Verizon doctor (meta doctor) unpack it then copy the ipk's to the USB drive and use ipkg install to install them.

    Also there is in preware a google maps replacement.
