    I have a Pre 2 (unlocked) with 850/1900 3G. It was activated with (unfortunately) with Telus and still on Telus. I dont have paid market access either.

    I am not seeing 2.2.4 update and still stuck on 2.1. Any ideas how to fix?

    You will need to run the webOS doctor one way or another and to keep it simple. Could be a filter on the OTA server not allowing your to see it something in the device that is corrupt.
    Try diplomacy first. You can always conquer them later...
