    My Pre 2 is only 5 days old and has no physical damage.

    I was trying to install Synergy Messaging Plugins. I did it several times (install / delete / restart). After some attempts i've noticed that the buttons "option key, x, v, n, _" dont work.

    I have recovered my device back to factory defaults with webos doctor, but it didn't help. Now I can't sign in to my existing profile and i can't create a new one (i can't enter internet apn). I hope someone can help me with an advice.

    Call Palm and ask for a a replacement through warranty

    then least you could do is click the "Thanks" button.

    my developer pre2 has the same issue, as a temp solution for me - holding plastic case near Q and W and then pressing option x v helps

    I am afraid I can't, because I live in Russia, and the phone was bought through ebay.
