Always eject your phone when (...). I'm using PresetReset to reset my phone everyday but today I saw this message. After I clicked "OK" I saw that I lost my applications and games. Media files are ok. What just happened?

Today I've got the same

All manually installed software (and games) are purged out from laucher tabs. Only preinstalled software left.
All accounts untouched. Data on USB disk is safe. Mail is working and has history. Patches are working.

Full erase and reapplied ROM helped
