Sprint Pre 2 - Won't accept taps?

I have a recently re-doctored Sprint Pre 2 (I was having this same problem before, which is why I re-doctored). Sometimes the screen becomes unresponsive - not to say it doesn't recognize taps, because it does (the screen ripple appears around the taps). However, nothing happens. The problem is most prominent in the phone app. When this happens, I cannot enter numbers, I cannot press the "call" button. Gestures still work - I can get to card view, I can switch apps, I can use other apps. The only (temporary) cure I've found is to reset the phone.

Anyone else having this issue?
