    Yeah you would think it would be similar if not exactly the same but somehow it isn't. Just type functionality in webOS is way better than search on my epic 4g. It could be samsung's fault (although I doubt it). BTW search button doesn't work with my current launcher (launcher7; which is awesome).

    You can also set up a key to a contact. Very handy,
    You only have to press that key then enter et voila!

    yeah, but having to pull open the keyboard and hold down a key isn't as convenient as a one-touch icon on the home screen. ;-)
