The Pre2 is listed under the New Products link on the right after I sign in to my account. No iPhone 4 listed there. I show a $50 discount for purchase online with contact. the one year contact looks like the best deal... I guess... 134.99.

If this shows HP's finesse with carriers I'm worried for them. Pathetic on both sides.

I just ordered mine from verizon. hp's site said I wasn't ready for an upgrade yet.

I might buy one retail and sit upgrade for Pre 3 or sit out for the "more stuff in the pipeline" they keep claiming to have. 409 is a nice price for a 1ghz phone, my Droid is slow.

pre central front page says that mobile hotspot is free but since he talked to only multiple "sales reps" and we are seeing different results on the various ordering sites, I would wait to see what Verizon exec team says.

Obvious that Pre is not a priority for Verizon now but they are testing the 4G according to one leak we saw and they do think the upcoming new features on webOS have promise so I expect Verizon not to have a hardened position until sometime next year. HP really has to execute this summer and fall or they could find themselves in this same situation with Verizon next year...
