I have a Pre2 that I purchased unlocked from HP. I had two issues with it. The first seemed to be a software issue related to email and resources. I believe in retrospect it might have something to do with the many email accounts I have and the amount of email I get on them. I did some maintenance on the server side of my accounts and the problem seems to have gone away.

The second unit is working flawlessly, and I love it. The Pre2 is fast, has a great gorilla-glass screen, and of course the newer version of WebOS. While many of the changes seems subtle, they are great improvements on an already outstanding OS.
I am, however, getting a Pre3 as soon as I can get my hands on it. I played with one at the Feb 9th event and it is freaking awesome. Finally, Palm has a "superphone".
And it is even nicer in person... the pictures do not do it justice...
