    Hello please help.
    My phone stopped working properly.
    Try following some tutorials but I did something wrong and my phone stopped working.
    I turn on my Palm Pixi Plux:
    Requests language.
    Sign language.
    Activate the phone.
    Next ...
    Request connection to my Palm profile.
    I connect.
    Finally get this warning:
    Login FAILED
    susesión could not start.
    Contact Palm for help or go to palm.com / support
    Lower the "webOS Doctor" but I could not update the phone is not recognized as a USB port.
    how I can help?

    Just in case, try logging into your webOS account on-line first. It could be that the system is down temporarily.

    Thanks for your reply:

    Online, recognize my perifl, telephone number, model, series, etc..

    but when you start the phone does not recognize my profile and the phone is not recognized as a USB port.

    And you've had this phone working before (it isn't a new phone), correct? Check and make sure you have the NovaComm drivers installed. You can get a copy of them here if you need: http://code.google.com/p/universal-n...taller-1.3.jar

    I had this when I first got my Pre3. Turned out my data connection wasn't strong enough. It might be as easy as trying in an area with better reception.
