Downloading Problem on Pixi

Hi everyone,
I am using Sprint Palm Pixi in India with Reliance.
I am able to use data 1x on it. but whenever I am trying to download any file which supports in device there is an error symbol followed by the file name.
When I try to download any video or mp3 it starts to stream online.
I am in very big trouble pls help me on this.
any solution pls pls pls
