So I have a GSM Pixi Plus I updated this morning to 1.4.5 using webos doctor without an issue. Now I would like to bypass the activation stuff (I have not activated it since I updated the OS). Following https://developer.palm.com/content/r...ed_device.html, I

    1. Setup the pixi in recovery mode (same as I did to use the webos doctor)
    2. Ran java -jar devicetool.jar in my desktop
    3. And waited.

I have been waiting for *something* to happen for the last hour, but the pixi still sits on my desk showing the USB logo and the devicetool.jar program does not give any signs to be running. Any suggestions?

Download webOS Doctor for your Pixi, and follow these instructions. You'll still be looking for an uImage, but it won't be for Topaz.
