Palm pixi plus volume boost help !

Whenever i try to apply the volume boost to my pixi plus i get this message saying an error occurred trying to run /tmp/scriptFile.sh, I have tried this on 3 computers and have no idea how to fix it. Please Help

But be careful as you end up doctoring your phone.

Also increase in volume is not much impressive in Pixi.The speakers burst at high levels and at low levels volume sucks.
