I love 2.1 on my Pixi and I'm not dumb and I know it's not MEANT to run on a Pixi BUT I doctored back to 1.4.5 and couldn't stand it so I re installed 2.1 and installed govnah and have the kernel at 600 mhz all the time with "ondemand".

Should I change these and what other tips have you guys found to be very speed improving?

Install the swap partition. It doesn't use the RAM like compache does, instead it creates a new partition and then creates a swap file that is like RAM, so that you can have a lot of RAM back.
My Pixi *Plus* can handle the "new features" of WebOS 2

Your 2.1 Pixi is only 15 minutes away: http://nuttybunny.wordpress.com/2011...pixi-plus-gsm/

Enlarge the swap partition. It doesn't use the RAM like compache does; instead it enlarges the existing swap partition so that you can have a lot of RAM back while increasing total memory. Don't forget to disable compcache afterwards.
Corrected. For you, Ursula, I would also fine tune the VM settings if you know your way around Linux. Lastly, it's performance, not ondemand that you want.

have either one of you experience a memory leak with 2.1 on the pixi, if i let mine sit, with no apps open, jstop automatically collecting garbage, after about 5 hours i get a "too many cards open" error and my phone is basically unusable. I did resize the swap partition to a very generous amount, but i still receive this error. Anyone else have this issue?
