When ever I would launch Google Maps, it would ask me to install HP Maps. But whenever I would go in the app catalog, it would say: Use the updates app and installed the system update again. So anybody get the ipk or had success installing it on a 2.1 Pixi? Thanks in advance.

    On a 2.1 Pixi?
My Pixi *Plus* can handle the "new features" of WebOS 2

Your 2.1 Pixi is only 15 minutes away: http://nuttybunny.wordpress.com/2011...pixi-plus-gsm/

I tried 2.1 on my Pixi Plus with compcache at 128 but apps were slow and my Palm Profile version was 9.9.9... Can I deal with any of these?

2.1 even with govnah settings is horrible on a Pixi. I don't know how you deal with it.

I have a swap file...and it is way smoother and faster than 1.4.5.

    root@palm-webos:/opt/bin# ipkg-opt install fatresize

I'm trying to do it but there is no reason for it to do this?

My Pixi is in airplane mode, all the files that weren't hidden on the USB drive were deleted and I installed the bootstrap and command line optware.
