    While I was running webOS Doctor on my Palm Pixi, an error message popped up saying the phone "disconnected" in the beginning of the process. This happened three times in a row. The phone did not actually disconnect, so why does the program think it did?

    Also, any ideas on how to fix the problem?

    Don't know the cause, so I'm not much help, but I experienced the same thing yesterday. Unfortunately, this was not worse part of the problem for me. My Pixi stopped working and now won't power up at all. Black screen. I've tried power button, power plus volume control, holding volume control while plugging-in USB, holding power while toggling the mute switch . . . (need I go on?). Not sure what to do next. I'm researching forums today before taking the Pixi to Sprint for help.
