    hey there, i have been having some issues with my phone lately. i have a pixi,im with verizon, and my phone is frozen,it wont let me restart the phone or go anywhere to any window,nothing opens up or anything...im getting sooo sick of these problems...any help???

    have you removed the battery?

    try this . First remove and reinsert battery to see if phone works . If not . plug in your phone cable to computer then holding the volume up button plug the cable into your phone keep holding the volume up until something pops up on phone screen . If the battery is dead and needs recharging a big question mark will pop up . If not and big usb symbol will pop up . If usb pops up simply disconnect device on computer then remove cable and hold down the power button. If it does not start power button may be damaged . But try this and give us info on what happened .

    i dunno how to remove the battery...the back doesnt come off...i know i sound stupid for sayin that

    it comes off there should be a little release button on bottom of phone you push in and gently pull the back off the phone . But if you can't get it just try what I told you in my other post and then if nothing works take it back to your service provider and let them check it for you .

    nevermind i just removed and re-inserted the battery...waiting now....praying it doesnt erase my contacts,it did the other day just when i re-started it

    when you sign back into your palm profile it should put your contacts back on the phone . Of course you have to sign back into the correct profile and use the same email as the first time.

    also if you call palm directly they should be able to restore your contacts for you .
