    Hello ...

So my pixi randomly restarted, which made me log into my palm profile again and retrieved the apps and games i installed, however all my patches and such were deleted.

So i tried to reinstall a few things and i keep getting error messages

When trying to install the messenger plugins i get the following message

    after installing 'org.webosinternals.messagingpatch_2.5.0_armv6'

    http://img829.imageshack.us/img829/9531/21109024.jpg

and after the plugin i get this...

    http://img812.imageshack.us/img812/2914/70956295.jpg

I installed these not long ago in the same way and it worked perfectly, is anybody able to help me at all?

    thanks for your time

Do a partial erase(Apps & Data) and log back into your original palm profile. That should fix that problem.

also tried a full erase... which dont nothing
im stilling getting the exactly same error

is there anything else i can do? .. before i try webos doctor?

and does anyone know whats actually causing this problem?

Try using the webos quick install to see if it still sees the patches and removed them all then reboot, NOT luna restart. If still nogo then its just simpler to run the doctor. Ideally the patches needs to be removed prior to either webos updates and erases or the doc needs to come in.

okay thanks... Well it seems that webos quick instal doesn't recognise any patches installed even though ive noticed they are still on my phone... Any chance of jus deleting these rather then using the docter?

my phone restarted itself and that's what caused it... I tried to perform a partial and a full erase buy my apps and old patches still seem to excist
