Default Pixi screen will not stay off

When I hit the power button (to do a simple screen turn off) it will turn off, and lock, but it will not stay off, every about 30 seconds to 1 minute it turns back on as if I have hit the power button to turn on the screen. It doesn't unlock the phone, but it drains the battery like crazy, can someone please help me...

do you have it plugged in to the charger? That will always turn it back on.

Sounds to me like a sticky power button.

Well, during the problem, it was not plugged into a charger, and I thought it was a sticky power button, but then I plugged it into my computer to charge it (as because of the problem it went from 18% to 8%) and it hasn't done it since... it was just a little glitch I guess.....
