Can we please make it a condition of posting experience reports in this thread that you attach the output of the "Generate Email" button in the help screen of Govnah to every single post here?

That's the only way we can begin to get precise characterisation of the devices involved in these reports. We will be giving a higher priority to reports that have the "Generate Email" output attached.

    Thanks,

Is it intentional that you don't have a profile selected and sticky?

Yes, I had 3 profiles but I just deleted 'em all. The settings I attached are the settings I ran since codecrumb released the new 768. The profile was named Pixi (oc) 768 and that was my sticky.

You still don't have a sticky profile. Go to the Profile page and select the profile to make it stick. Then repeat the experiment and post generate email again please.

Worked on restart the 3rd time. After it restarted, I restarted again and it was a smooth restart. I open govnah and my setting did stick. (but it always sticks and stays in bold font.)
Stock pixi won (maybe by a little less)and unfortunately he had to leave so I lost my stock pixi.

Stu, try my exact settings when you get a chance. and run sunspider, I just ran a 20.76 Seconds on there
  13. #333
Thanks, I put in your settings, had a clean reboot, ran a 22.54 on sunspider. While it feels pretty good my friends stock pixi still beat it on an opening apps test. I then uninstalled warthog and now we are even in opening apps. (have to go to bed now)

I am trying to do the generate email option in govnah but it doesnt do anything on my phone. How do I use it? or whats it supposed to do?
    Thanks

Hey, stu5797 try disabling compcache w/ warthog kernel then try your tests, see if things improve with it disabled at all against the stock pixi.
Because once the CPU has to start compressing data into compcache swap a majority of CPU time is spent doing all that compression.

Or try 16MB of Comp rather then 24. I found that 24 made my Pixi slower

Do you have an e-mail account on your phone? Once you tap the generate e-mail icon it should go straight to your e-mail.
  17. #337
I still think that warthog kernel needs to be made w/ just the OC settings in it and no other modifications made to the kernel. That way we can see if its the OC settings itself thats causing this UI lag problem or if its the other modifications made in the kernel by warthog.

Yes I do have an email account but nothing happens...is it supposed to open the email app or do I need to have it open or what?

It SHOULD go straight to the e-mail app, with all the information in the body of the e-mail.
