My Pixi's touchscreen has died. Absolutely unresponsive, to the point that ATT is sending me another unit. I would like to completely erase my phone, but the problem is, how? I can use my keyboard to launch the device info app, but cannot access any of the buttons on the screen once it launches. With my centro, I could use the d-pad, but I obviously don't have this. I've tried all different kinds of combinations with the keyboard, but nothing seems to work. Is there a hardware-based way to do a total erase?

    Thanks for any help.

log-in to your palm profile on your computer and do a remote wipe.

Holy heck, dude, that took you all of a minute to reply! I am impressed! Thanks much for the assist. I'll try the 2nd one first; that should do the trick.

Yep, it did! I just didn't know the keyboard equivalent. Thanks, again, tejoe.
