    okay , so I accidentally downloade the uberkernel from preware, but uninstalled it immediately and then performed the luna restart. I am aware of the patch that send you back into stock mode, but since uberkernel was removed, do I still need to download it?

    Yes! Installing the recovery kernal in preware is the best way to go. That way you're sure your phone is running stock kernal.

    theres no need if you did not install the governor app there is no reason to install that kernel at all . the only way you change any kernel speeds is if you use the governor app and if you deleted the uberkernel you dont even have it installed lol
