WHY would you need a virtual keyboard when the keyboard is under the screen?

    search string: virtual keyboard
    result: http://forums.precentral.net/webos-p...ml#post1820034

Which gives you this link: On Screen Keyboard - WebOS Internals

Really, as difficult as the search function can be, for simple searches, it works beautifully.

P.S. Don't cross-post (i.e., post same question in two different threads). It's frowned upon and can draw criticism from the less patient among us.

    Strange....

The only reason i installed this patch was to have the keyboard in landscape mode, but its pointless when i use it in landscape mode and it cuts off the right side of the keyboard, probably because its scaled too fit the pre. But i was wondering if there is a fix? If so, thanks, if not, thanks anyway :P

I think you need to download the package manager service off of webOS installer to get it to work
