That date is for Sprint, who knows what dates the rest are.

im trying to find out now i contacted palm and they said they dont have a timeline

There is a rumor that Sprint will release the update on the 7th. Neither Palm nor Sprint has confirmed it (or will confirm it).

I have been around for every webOS update so far, and the carriers never announce updates before they happen.

What I can guarantee is that within 60 seconds of the update release, someone will post a thread here announcing it.
