I bought my wife a Pixi Touchstone cover when I purchased the phone soon after it came out. She pointed out to me yesterday that the rubber around the sides is coming off and peeling away. I read on Palm's website that their Palm Brand (which this one is) accessories have a limited 365 warranty. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with returning or sending in defective accessories to Palm. Granted, its just a $20 back cover but it hasn't been a year and she takes very good care of her phone.

I would suggest that you visit the support site at palm.com and start a live chat session. I'm sure the agent will be able to tell you how to get a replacement...
