    I haven't used it for a week or so. Definitely still have an active account (per handmark website). But when I connect, all channels except promo channel are greyed out, and "buy" icon is seen at bottom. I tried trashing the prefs, hoping to be able to re-enter login info. How do I get full app back? Do I need to just reinstall the software?

    Same thing happened to me go to site and download again remove the old one you will have to run the instaler and it should work

    Thanks- that fixed it. Not very impressed with Handmark support, as I emailed them earlier in the week and have heard nothing back...

    I had the same issue, but I need to mention that my Handmark support experience was very different: they e-mailed me back the same day with a fix that worked.
