    Hi all,

I am happy to announce I may have found a solution to the problem that users reported with Orange Treos:

Seems the Orange Treos have a special feature of the OS, blocking any 3rd party application (such as TAKEphONE) from taking over the PHONE button.

    Now I have a possible solution - OutCall 1.06 at www.shsh.com/beta
If you install this utility together with TAKEphONE, and assign the PHONE button to TAKEphONE (TAKEphONE's "Using the PHONE button" preferences page), then go to the "OutCall" panel in the system "Prefs" application and make sure the option there is ON - then the PHONE hardware button will remain attached to TAKEphONE.

    Happy to get any reports/comments/questions...

I used beta 1.06 version and Takephone 6.50 beta 105. When I highlight a number in address book (treo650) in edit mode and hit PHONE button, it causes a CRASh !!
The same situation happened in psDB (CSV Viewer).
Anyone has the same issue ?

    Hi,

Are you trying to use TAKEphONE or OutCall from the SD card ?
Does capture work for you in any other app (e.g. Memo) ?

    Thanks.
