    This option is available on my 650. I actually didn't know I could do this until I read this post!!!

    Make sure you check the version for the devices that you don't see the option to make sure they are version 6.5.5.273 and not 6.3.8.9. With the new client you should see the Action Menu as you described for creating new Calendar entries.

    Those are for the PPC as it really means the "Today" screen... not really applicable here in these Forums but some people have more than one device. I'll edit that to say PPC so it is clear.
