On my treo 650 (sprint) the UI seems to slow down after a being on for hours. If it's on for a day, it seems to get noticeably slow, and the only way to fix it is to do a soft reset. Has anyone else had this problem? I have software like zlauncher, butler, technician, resco backup, and agendus installed. Would any of these cause a problem like this?

it does seem to slow down after being on for awhile.... the treo reminds me of win95/98 in that sense... I just do a quick soft reset through chatter, I figure it's better for me to iniate the reset, than the treo to do it on it's own when I'm least expecting it.

That's exactly it. It gets slow after being on for a while. I don't use chatter or snappermail though, only versamail, and I don't know what else could be causing this, but everytime it gets slow I soft reset through zlauncher.

What's the state of your RAM just before you reset? Does it fill up?

There are a number of utilities which will tell you how much memory you have left. FileZ is one, but there are many more.

Oh, I wasn't aware FileZ did this, I'll try checking and check back. Has anything like this happened before? I tried searching the forum, but even when I just put "treo" into the search box nothing comes up. I think it's broken.

It's slow as heck right now, but it says I have 12MB of RAM free.

I can't find a resolution in those links, and mine's the sprint version.
