    Hi all,

I'm a big fan of soccer and as you may know next year is the World Cup 2006.
I remember back in 2002 on the Korea/Japan World Cup there was a very nice application called PSCup2002 http://www.palmblvd.com/software/pc/...9-palm-pc.html
This app was awesome for its time. It had nice colors, graphics and tables. (it is an abandonware now )

Now, that we are heading 2006 I would say an app similar to this will need the following:
    -HI Res
-Online Sync for scores, news, plus more
-Picture of the teams with their Flag, location on the map, and profile.
-Picture of the coach with a profile
-Pictures of each player with their names and a profile
    -Pictures of the referies.
-Picture of the cities and stadiums of the games with their profile and location on the map.

Now if would be awesome if we could get a summary of the scores with pictures in Hi-Res.

Is there anything similar to this in the works or out already? Anybody else is a soccer fan?

Me too!! Need one that works offline mostly. One where I can input the scores for each game and it figures out who will proceed out of the group matches.

Can we email that developer to see if he is going to update it for 2006.

Nice find! I especially like the integration with Datebook to set up alarms for the games, plus the ability to update scores wirelessly.

They did a nice job with this software. It's a good plug for their other programs.

BTW, for those with XM radio, did you notice the World Cup channel (I think it's ch. 148)?

I asked the developer for a high resolution update and he said he will consider it for the next version.
