    I know I can rip a DVD with FairUse and in the process shrink it to approx 200MB can someone tell me how to do this on a downloaded (legally of course) video file?

    I use AutoGK. It does a lot of different types of encoding. Set the pre-defined size to 1/4 CD and it should output to a file below 200mb.
