Some of you may already be familiar with the Firefox extension called Linkification:

Is there anything like this for the Treo? Basically, I wish there was a Linkification for the Treo whenever I get plain text emails in my Web mail account. It's somewhat inconvenient to have to cut and paste the plain text URLs into Blazer just so I can visit the URL (e.g., URLs in plain text newsletters that you can't click on).

That's one of the many reasons that FieldPlus is indispensable:

    V > Vx > m505 > m515 > T/T > T3 > TC > 650 > 680

Hi Bill - just now coming across your response for some reason.

Anyway, this is great software. I had always ignored mentions of it because I usually never saw a description of it mentioned with the name.

However, I can't figure out how to use it on a browser page, just within a data entry field (as the name implies). Is there a way for me to highlight those URLs in the text emails I read through Blazer that I was referring to?

Only if you hit Reply and thus put the email text (and the url in question) in an editable field.
    V > Vx > m505 > m515 > T/T > T3 > TC > 650 > 680
    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://download.skype.com/share/skypebuttons/js/skypeCheck.js"></script>
    <a href="skype:wwgamble?call"><img src="http://mystatus.skype.com/balloon/wwgamble" style="border: none;" width="150" height="60" alt="My Skype status" /></a>

A very tolerable workaround - thanks!
