I searched the forum looking for the code to put in the handset to view the minutes used on a handset. This would indicate if a replacement handset was new or refurbished. I couldn't find it. Can anyone help or am I dreaming?

That probably won't tell you if it is a refurb because the factory would likely do a zero out reset which I believe removes those records.

    I guess it's a refurb.

With Sprint, there is a line for "Refub. Status:" which will be Yes or No. You have to scroll down to the second page.

What do "MDN" and "MIN" mean. MDN is my existing phone #. MIN is a different phone? #. When I call the MIN number from a land line I get a "You have reach the Sprint mailbox of..." Whe I call from the Treo I get the same thing. Anybody know what that other number is used for?
