I trued today to forward all my call to my VM as I was in meeting all day, everything worked fine.
Tonight I was trying to cancel the forward using the dropdown menu from the call preference menu and I keep getting an message that the operation cannot be completed, tried several times and still cannot do it from this feature. So I tried the manual method by dial ##21# and it worked.

Anyone had this issue ?
When using the menu what nuber is dialed to perform the cancel ?
Can we edit what the phone is dialing ?

I even tried to program a number in the dropdown list (##21#) but still does the same thing.
