It didn't used to be this way. Recently (after I switched batteries for the 1st time), a soft reset (using the poke-at-the-back or SoftReset application) ends up at the Prefs->Date and Time page.

How do I make the soft reset process not go to that page and go to the Applications launcher directly? I'd be willing to go to the Phone as well. I forget what the Treo used to do before it started going to the Date-and-Time screen.

    Thanks.

I haven't been able to pin down the circumstances: sometimes I'm given Date & Time, other times, the Phone...but really, what's it matter? Either the phone or the app launcher is just one button press away...

I was under the (mistaken) impression that RadioState did not function correctly when the Treo was on the Date/Time screen after a reset.

Now that I find that RadioState turns on the Radio just fine whether the Treo is at the Phone or Launcher or Date/Time after reset, it is less of an issue to me.

I am still curious about what happens and when. And the fact that this started happening after I briefly had the Treo w/o battery (when switching batteries, which resulted in a soft-reset of it's own).
