    Your POP3 Mailbox 'al' is too large and cannot be sync'ed
    it is pop3 account..

    What version of Chatter is this? How many messages are in the Mailbox?

    If you have that many pieces of mail you need to keep track of, POP3 is just HORRIBLE. I'd really suggest you look at IMAP.

    Seriously, IMAP will be 5x faster in addition to reliability, issues with knowing what machine has your messages, you'll get server folders, push, etc...

    i know.. i have question.. what kind of send mail authenication chattermail support ? i tried to send email. it work with outlook. but it won't work with chattermail.
    I tried SSL. TLS. but server didn't TLS didn't support.. it is exchange server.
    I am using 1.1.1

    When I use Plain, Hello
    i got this.
    Sending error: I got 503 5.5.2 Send hello first.

    Normally, you wouldn't need to have any boxes checked for exchange, unless SSL were required (and I would have no way of knowing that). Can't you find out from your office (or wherever it is) what's required?
