Sprint will now have Sirius radio to "multimedia" phones. Is the treo considered a "multimedia" phone? I already stream internet radio via pocket tunes but some of the channels on Sirius would be great to have.

    Doesn't work for the Treo.

I bet it could be made to work with a 3rd party app. I'd pay $20-$30 for an app that allowed me to access Sprints MM content (SprintTV, Sirius, Garmin GPS etc.)

Any developers care to comment on the possibility of this type of program/Application??

You could probably make it work, if you are a Sirius subscriber, and somehow made a Shoutcast stream. But it's pretty annoying that some phones retailing for half as much as the Treo are "Multimedia."

It seems like they offer online streaming. Are their streams supported by ptunes? I'm not a subscriber.
